Service Cancellation Request

Cancellation of service is the request to cancel the service contract. It can be done only if the customer has reached the period limit as specified in the contract.
In case of requesting to cancel the service and the contract has not yet been completed, customer must pay the discount back to the company according to the amount that the company has given . The company will calculate the discount according to the number of remaining days. All borrowing equipment must be returned in good condition and ready to use

Individual customers : All documents must be duly signed

• Copy if ID Card

In the case of a juristic person

• Copy of company certificate (not older than 3 months)
• A copy of the ID card of the authorized director
• VAT registration certificate (Por Por 20)
• All documents must be signed by authorized director and company seal
