• Subscribers can watch live sports content such as the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, the 2025/2026 Premier League season, and the FA Cup 2025/2026, along with a variety of entertainment including movies, series, and variety shows from MONOMAX, immediately upon successful subscription.
• Subscriber can watch Premier League football content for the 2025/2026 season immediately upon the official start of the competition season.

• Subscriber can watch premium channels through the AIS PLAY application on up to 1 device simultaneously. The system supports the following device and operating systems:
  • Smartphones/tablets running Android 9 or later, or iOS 11 or later
  • Large-screen device including Android TV, Android Box, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS 5.5 or later), and AIS PLAYBOX.  
• Subscriber can access content through the MONOMAX application on 1 device at a time. Supported platforms include Android 9.0 and above (with Widevine DRM support), iOS 14.2 and above, mobile phones, tablets, Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen 5.5+), LG TVs (WebOS 4.0+), Android TV, Android Box, and Apple TV.
• Subscriber can choose to watch channels from Monomax Standard via either the AIS PLAY or MONOMAX application, but only one application can be used at a time. Simultaneous use of both applications is not permitted.
• This offer is not transferable and is not eligible for service changes such as switching between prepaid and postpaid plans, number porting, account name changes, or other modifications.
• Service fees will be charged according to the specified terms upon successful package subscription. MIMO Tech Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right not to refund any unused portion of the package fee in cases where the package is not used or is cancelled before the end of the subscription period. Additionally, the package usage rights are non-transferable to other user accounts.
• The usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic and personal use only. Commercial use or any use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited. Reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content is also prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal use or any use that may cause damage to the Company, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service package.
• The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.
• The Subscriber agrees that MIMO Tech Company Limited and Mono Streaming Company Limited may collect, use, and process the Subscriber’s personal data solely to the extent necessary for providing the subscription package. This includes, without limitation, (a) user account administration, (b) identity verification, (c) after-sales service, and (d) fulfillment of related contractual obligations. Such collection, use, and processing shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Company’s published Privacy Policy.
